About me

Throughout my life and career, facilitating growth and insight has been my passion at every step. Whether as project manager, strategy consultant, coach or facilitator, I have always been curious about getting to the essence of things. To look beyond quick fixes and one-off results – and and to uncover the real drivers and obstacles on the path to success and fulfillment. My ventures into acting and storytelling helped me break out of the patterns and beaten paths of my old corporate habitat, adding much needed vitality and playfulness to my life and my work.

Over the years, I have absorbed a wide range of skills and methods, all of which have shaped my personal way of working with clients. My predominant methodological anchors are Co-Active Coaching, Focusing, and the Meisner Technique. All this is informed by a Jungian perspective on personal development, storytelling insights and an admiration of Joseph Campbell’s view on the relevance of mythology in our times.

But what matters most to me is to see the human being in front of me, to be on an equal footing with my clients, and to meet them where they are. Before offering advice, I listen. A lot. If you work with me, be prepared to explore, and to have fun in the process.

I work in German and English.
